What does a tour include:

1. Personal manager. Who helps and guides you from your first contact till the beginning of the tour.

2. Meeting on the day of the tour. If you need we also can offer pick up from hotel/hostel/appartment for additional fee. Private tour includes pick up.

3. Transfer to/from Chernobyl zone. Comfortable bus with air conditioning. Also you can leave luggage in the bus if you leave after the tour.

4. Guide and english translator. (sometimes it can be the same person) This person meets you near the border of Chernobyl zone and guides you thru the zone.

5. All legal documents and permissions for entering Chernobyl zone. Chernobyl zone is restricted area to enter it you need special permission.

6. Lunch and breakfast(if needed). Just inform us.

Booking price is $50 per 1 seat. One seat can be used only by one person. If you go in a group of 3, your prepayment will be $150. We book a place for you only on receiving prepayment, since it is used to get a permission to get to the Chernobyl zone. If your main purpose of visiting Ukraine is going on a Chernobyl trip, please, don't buy tickets until you have received a confirmation e-mail. Tour2Chernobyl.com will never charge any money from you without a reason. In case the tour is not possible to organize for technical reasons or in case it is canceled, we will refund your money either in cash at our office or in any comfortable for you way. Please, notice that in this case bank comission will be witheld from the amount. Your money can be refunded within 1 month.

What you need to do to go on Chernobyl tour.

(1)First. Inform us via e-mail when you are planning to go on tour of Chernobyl and how many people are going to be with you. Then, you receive confirmation that the date of your trip is available. Please, notice: the confirmation of the date's availability is not a confirmation of the booking! You will also receive payment information (account details). After you make the prepayment, please, inform us about it. If you wish to make the prepayment in any other way, please, contact us, as your seat for the tour is booked only after you receive the confirmation letter from our manager, after you make the prepayment. In case there is a limited number of places left for the required date, the first person for whom we will book the tour is the first person who makes the prepayment. If you are already in Kiev, you can come to our office and make a prepayment there.

(2) Second. When you arrive to Kyiv you shall visit our office to pay the second part of the sum. Our managers will be glad to give you all the information concerning your tour. The only thing you will need to do after it is to come for registration which starts at 8:30 AM , show your passport to confirm registration. After that your unforgettable adventure will start in a few minutes.
